Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking. They form the basis of your contract with Trip Beetles.

Sightseeing Coverage

Itinerary & operational limitations

Trip Beetles will make every reasonable effort to cover all sightseeing attractions mentioned in the itinerary. However, sightseeing is subject to:

  • Time availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and traffic
  • Government regulations, monument operating hours, and permits
  • Local authority restrictions, safety concerns, and other operational factors beyond our control
No refund or compensation shall be payable for any sightseeing, activity, attraction, or service that cannot be provided due to such circumstances.

Payment Terms

Booking amounts & deadlines

Domestic Tours (India)

  • Booking Amount: 70% of the total package cost is payable at the time of confirmation. Strictly non-refundable.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 30% must be paid at least 21 days prior to departure.
International Tours
  • Booking Amount: 70% of the total package cost is payable at the time of confirmation. Strictly non-refundable.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 30% must be paid at least 25 days prior to departure.
Failure to make the balance payment within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges shall apply.

Force Majeure

Events beyond our control

Trip Beetles shall not be liable for any delay, alteration, interruption, rescheduling, or cancellation of any tour or travel service arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters Earthquakes / floods Pandemics / epidemics War / terrorism / civil unrest Government orders / travel bans Airline / transport disruptions Strikes / labour disputes Fuel price / tax fluctuations
In such circumstances:
  • Trip Beetles reserves the right to modify, reroute, postpone, substitute, or cancel any part of the itinerary without prior notice.
  • Any additional expenses for accommodation, transportation, meals, visas, airline re-bookings, or alternate arrangements shall be borne solely by the client.
  • No refund, compensation, damages, or consequential losses shall be payable by Trip Beetles except where expressly agreed in writing.

Accident, Injury & Medical Emergencies

Facilitator role & guest responsibility

Trip Beetles acts solely as a booking and travel facilitator between guests and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, sightseeing operators, and local agencies.

Participation in the tour is entirely at the guest's own risk. Trip Beetles shall not be liable for any accident, injury, illness, disability, infection, theft, loss, damage, or personal inconvenience occurring during the tour.

Assistance: The Company will provide reasonable assistance in arranging medical treatment or emergency services whenever reasonably possible; however, all associated costs shall be borne by the guest or their travel insurance provider.
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel, medical, baggage, and emergency evacuation insurance before departure.

Death During the Tour

Unfortunate incident protocol

In the unfortunate event of the death of a guest during the tour due to accident, illness, natural causes, or any other reason:

  • Trip Beetles shall provide reasonable assistance to the accompanying family members, local authorities, hospitals, embassies, consulates, and other relevant agencies where practicable.
  • All expenses relating to hospitalization, transportation of mortal remains, repatriation, documentation, legal formalities, funeral arrangements, embassy procedures, or any related services shall be borne entirely by the deceased guest's family, legal heirs, estate, or insurance provider.
Trip Beetles shall not be responsible for any compensation, damages, financial liability, or consequential losses arising from such incidents except where required under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum extent of our responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trip Beetles shall not be liable for:

  • Any accident, injury, illness, disability, or death.
  • Loss, theft, delay, or damage to baggage or personal belongings.
  • Flight delays, missed connections, airline schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, or supplier defaults.
  • Failure or deficiency in services provided by airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, or any independent third-party service provider.
  • Natural disasters, force majeure events, pandemics, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, government actions, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial damages arising before, during, or after the tour.
Maximum Liability: The maximum liability of Trip Beetles, if any, shall in no event exceed the total amount actually received by the Company from the client for the specific booking.

Client Acknowledgement

Irrevocable acceptance of terms

By making a booking, paying any amount, or accepting the booking confirmation, the client irrevocably confirms that:

  1. They have carefully read, understood, and accepted all the Terms & Conditions of Trip Beetles.
  2. They acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, political situations, health risks, transportation disruptions, and unforeseen circumstances.
  3. They agree to bear any additional expenses arising from such events.
  4. They understand that Trip Beetles acts only as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for acts, omissions, defaults, negligence, or failures of third-party service providers.
  5. They agree not to hold Trip Beetles, its directors, employees, representatives, or affiliates liable for any claim except as expressly required under applicable law.
By proceeding with a booking, you explicitly consent to all the above terms and conditions.
