Group Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing Structure
Pricing may vary depending on the following conditions:
a. Early Bird Rates:
- Discounted prices may be available for bookings made before a specific date. These offers are limited and non-transferable.
b. Group Size Tiers:
- Pricing is based on group size. Final prices may adjust depending on how many participants register.
c. Private or Customised Group Rates:
- Custom trips for private groups may be priced differently depending on itinerary, accommodation class, and special requests.
d. Late Booking Surcharge:
- Bookings made within [e.g., 14 days] of departure may incur a processing surcharge
e. Promotional Discounts:
- Promotional or referral discounts are only valid when applied at the time of booking and may not be combined.
f. Seat Filling / Loss Prevention:
- Discounts Are given to fill the seats or prevent the losses at last moment.
2. Collaboration Batches / Partnered Groups
- We may partner with other travel organizers, companies, or influencers to co-host or combine groups. These are referred to as Collaboration Batches.
- While all participants will follow the same base itinerary, the batch may include guests from multiple booking sources.
- Pricing and conditions for collaboration batches may differ depending on the partner’s agreement.
Note : Participants acknowledge that they are part of a multi-organizer group and agree to cooperate with all group leaders and abide by shared trip rules.(Not abiding the rule can lead to termination of trip on spot)
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
[14+ days before departure: *0% fee ]
[14-3 days before departure: *20% fee]
[3-0 days before departure: *100% fee]
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 Hours.
- The Mode of return will be *CREDIT NOTE* no direct bank transfers are provided
4. Changes by the Customer
- Requests to change travel dates, names, or itineraries may be subject to availability and might have additional fees.
- No changes are allowed within 2 days of the tour start date.
5. Changes to the Itinerary
- While every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary, changes may be necessary due to weather, local conditions, or operational concerns.
- No refunds will be given for unused services or activities due to itinerary changes outside our control.
- In the event of major changes or cancellations by us, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Group Behaviour and Conduct
- Participants must act responsibly and respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, locals, and property.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from the group trip for disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.
7. Liability
- We act only as an agent for transport, accommodation, and activity providers, and are not responsible for their actions.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
8. Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints must be reported during the tour so we can attempt to resolve them.
- No Complaints are taken after completion of trip.
9. Media Release
- Photos or videos taken during the trip may be used by [Trip Beetles] for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying us in writing.
