- Accommodation: 2 Nights in Joshimath (Hotel/Guesthouse) ,1 Night in Chopta(Camps/Guesthouse),1 Night in Rishikesh (Hotel)
- Meals: Breakfast (4) & Dinner (4) from Dinner on Day 2 till Breakfast on Day 6.
- Guided Tours & Activities: Joshimath sightseeing, Auli exploration (cable car ride at additional cost), Chopta and Deoriatal trek

- Other Costs: Toll taxes, parking fees, driver allowances, and state road taxes.

- 5% GST
- Add-on meals over and above the mentioned ones.
- Travel insurance, individual expenses like porterage, tips, laundry, and entry fees.
- Optional adventure sports like the Auli Ropeway, rental of skiing equipment, etc.
- Any extra charge for natural calamity, roadblocks, or any kind of unforeseen conditions.

* No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
* The refund of the trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines given below:
- * If cancellations are made 15 or more days before the start date of the trip, 0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
- * For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
