Itinerary
Inclusions
- Royal Enfield Himalayan for rental packages as per the itinerary from Day 2 to Day 6
- Helmets for rider and pillion for the trip
- Accommodation on Triple Sharing Basis (Extra Mattress will be provided for extra person on triple sharing rooms Twin Sharing for Couples with any extra cost
- Meal Plan : Daily Breakfast (From Day – 2 to Day – 7)– Daily Dinner (From Day – 1 to Day – 6)
- Backup vehicle/luggage van for 1 rucksack bag per person (upto 20 Kg’s) (Trolley bags are not allowed)

Exclusions
- Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips and Table Drinks etc.
- Any type of insurance-Medical, Accidental, theft
- Any air or rail fare not specifically mentioned in the “Inclusions” section.
- Airport, Railway station or Bus stop pick up or drop
- The cost of any spare parts that will be used as a result of accidental damage to the motorcycle while it is in the rider’s possession.
- The cost of transferring or towing the motorcycle if it is dropped along the way
- The cost of vehicle servicing or maintenance (if own bike)
- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions

* No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
* The refund of the trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines given below:
- * If cancellations are made 15 or more days before the start date of the trip, 0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
- * For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
