Overview
A winter trip to Kashmir is like stepping into a world draped in pure white magic. From the timeless charm of Srinagar, with its serene Dal Lake and snow-covered houseboats, to the adventure hub of Gulmarg where skiing and gondola rides give you a taste of paradise, every destination feels like it’s pulled out of a winter fairy tale. Explore offbeat gems like Aharbal Waterfalls, often called the Niagara Falls of Kashmir, a powerful natural wonder that’s especially breathtaking in winter. As you travel towards Pahalgam, you’ll visit the beautiful saffron fields of Pampore and the snow-covered meadows of Aru and Betaab Valleys and you’ll see for yourself why Kashmir is called “Heaven On Earth”. The frozen Drung Waterfall is a natural wonder, adding a dramatic touch to the journey, and Chandanwari with its pristine snow trails, allow you to slow down and immerse yourself in the raw, wintry beauty of Kashmir. Visit the offbeat valley of Yusmarg, a peaceful gem known as the Meadow of Jesus, where a trek to the scenic Nilnag Lake offers a quiet escape into nature. With every stop, this trip combines the best of adventure, natural beauty, and authentic Kashmiri experiences, making it an unforgettable winter getaway. Whether you’re seeking adventure or simply want to enjoy the beauty of Kashmir’s snowy landscapes, this trip has it all and more!
