Itinerary
Inclusions
- Transportation: Entire travel from Leh to Leh by tempo traveler
- Permits: All inner line permits for the trip
- Support: Dedicated trip captain throughout
- Safety: Oxygen cylinder and medical kit in the vehicle
- Airport Transfers: Pick-up or drop-off (shared taxi based on flight timings)
- Accommodation: 6 nights (3 nights in Leh, 2 nights in Nubra Valley, 1 night in Pangong Tso camps) on triple sharing
- Meals: 12 meals (1 dinner on Day 1, 2 meals each on Days 2-6, and 1 breakfast on Day 7)
- Charges: Driver night charges, toll tax, parking fees, etc.

- GST: 5% extra
- Not Included: Anything not listed in the inclusions
- Additional Costs: Food and beverages not included (e.g., alcohol, mineral water, highway meals)
- Personal Expenses: Tips, monument entry fees, camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, phone bills, etc.
- Unexpected Costs: Expenses due to natural calamities (e.g., landslides, roadblocks)
* Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.
* Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses
* Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)
* A rucksack bag and a day pack
* 3-litre water bladder or water bottle
Clothes
* A sun cap and a woolen cap
* UV protected sunglasses
* One cotton long sleeves and 2 short sleeve t-shirt
* 1 fleece jacket
* 1 heavy Thick jacket/down jacket

* At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable)

* Above-the-ankle waterproof and breathable hiking boots with good grip

* No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
* The refund of the trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines given below:
- * If cancellations are made 15 or more days before the start date of the trip, 0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
- * For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
