Inclusions
- All travel from Leh to Leh in a comfortable tempo traveler
- Inner line permits required for the trip
- Dedicated trip captain for the entire journey
- Airport pick-up or drop-off service (taxi service will follow pre-decided slots based on flight timings for the group)
- Meal Plan: MAP Plan (10 meals) – 1 dinner on Day 1, breakfast and dinner on Days 2, 3, 4, and 5, and breakfast on Day 6
- 5 nights stay: 3 nights in Leh (hotel), 1 night in Nubra Valley (hotel), and 1 night at Pangong Tso (camps) on triple sharing
- All necessary charges covered, including driver night charges, toll taxes, and parking fees
- Emergency oxygen cylinder and medical kit in the vehicle

- Costs due to natural calamities to be covered directly by the customer on-site
- Any items or services not specified in the inclusions
- Any food or beverages not mentioned in the package, such as alcoholic drinks, mineral water, or meals during transit
- Personal expenses like tips, entry fees to monuments/monasteries, camera/video charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, and telephone bills
* Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.
* Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses
* Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)
* A rucksack bag and a day pack
* 3-litre water bladder or water bottle

* A sun cap and a woolen cap
* UV protected sunglasses
* One cotton long sleeves and 2 short sleeve t-shirt
* 1 fleece jacket
* 1 heavy Thick jacket/down jacket
* 1 pair of gloves
* At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable)

* No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
* The refund of the trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines given below:
- * If cancellations are made 15 or more days before the start date of the trip, 0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
- * For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
