Inclusions
- Transportation: Transportation: AC Semi-Sleeper Bus (Delhi to Shimla & back) and Force Traveler/Cab at all other times.
- 6 Nights Accommodation on Sharing Basis: Hotel (Rackham & Kalpa), Hotel/Homestays ( Tabo & Kaza).
- Meals: 12 meals (1 dinner on Day 1; 2 meals each on Days 2 to 6; breakfast and dinner where possible, both veg and non-veg).
- Activities: Sightseeing as per the itinerary, with bonfires where possible.
- Support: Experienced trip captain, oxygen cylinder, first aid kit.
- Expenses: Driver allowance, all required permits, toll taxes, parking charges.

- Extras: Early hotel check-in, personal expenses, additional accommodation/food due to travel delays.
- Meals: Lunch and other meals not mentioned.
- Travel Costs: Airfare/rail fare not included.
- Fees: Parking and monument entry fees.
- Unexpected Costs: Costs due to flight cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, etc.
- Additional Services: Anything not listed in the inclusions.
- Snowfall Costs: Extra 4x4 vehicle charges if heavy snowfall impacts travel, payable on the spot

* Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.

* No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
* The refund of the trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines given below:
- * If cancellations are made 15 or more days before the start date of the trip, 0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
- * For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
